NEACFE trains with Fort Wayne Sort Team

Northeast Fire along with Huntertown, Washington and St Joe Township fire departments will be doing training with FWFD S.O.R.T.  The SORT team came out to Huntertown FD on Wed and explained to the departments what they are able to handle.  The team can do confined space, high-angled and building collapes.  It takes the SORT team about 20 minutes to assemble with around 10 members, it takes another 20 to call in all the other members.  In about an hour the team can have 30 firefighters and equipment there to handle most situations.
